Brussel Sprout and Kale Salad


  • 1 Bunch Kale

  • 1 Handful Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 Carrot

  • 2 Tbsp Dried Cherries

  • 2 Tbsp Goat Cheese, crumbled

  • 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds, toasted

  • Organicville Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinaigrette


Clean and removed stem from kale, chop roughly. Clean and thinly slice brussels sprouts. Clean, peel and thinly slice carrots. To get into the Halloween spirit, we cut our carrots into fun pumpkin shapes. Food blogger Amy, of Little Dairy on the Prairie, has a great tutorial, here, on how to get your carrots into the festive shape. Toss in dried cherries, almonds and goat cheese. Dress with Organicville Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
