Texas Style BBQ Smoker Ribs

Fall is in full swing, and that means its time for football, scarves and hearty dishes that'll stick to your bones! We whipped up this tasty BBQ sauce to cover our slow smoked ribs, but you can use this on any protein you want. Check out the video below for the full recipe.

Smoker:

Rub your Smoke with your favorite charcoal until ribs internal temperature reaches about 130 degrees. remove from smoker. Slather with BBQ sauce. Return to smoker until temperature reaches 140 degrees. Re-apply BBQ sauce as needed.



Texas Style BBQ Sauce Recipe:

1/4 cup dark brown sugar 

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Organicville Dijon Mustard 

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder 

1 Cup Organicville Ketchup
