To Sauce Or Not To Sauce: Where You Can Use Green Sriracha

January 4th, 2023

To Sauce Or Not To Sauce - Where You Can Use Green Sriracha

You already know sriracha. It’s that familiar red hot sauce that has risen in popularity so much in recent years that we can now find sriracha-themed shirts, keychains, and accessories in mainstream stores. Red sriracha is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of red chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. And if you love sriracha so much that you have a tiny bottle of it on a keychain so it’s with you at all times, then you’ll also love green sriracha.

Green sriracha is a spicy green chili garlic sauce with a hint of sugar-sweetness and tang that helps even out the fiery flavor. It has a slightly brighter flavor than its red competitor, and the heat is a bit of a slow creeper on the taste buds.
